Wallenpaupack Area High School Library The library is the information highway for our students, faculty, and staff. Supplementing the more traditional book, periodical, and audiovisual information sources in the library’s collection are vast virtual resources through which patrons might access databases, the Internet, and other information network links. Library hours are extended beyond the school day to offer greater access, and our virtual library offers authoritative resources particularly chosen to complement department curriculums as well as providing opportunities to explore various interests. Our library helps individuals develop or refine problem-solving and information seeking skills as they learn to use and evaluate various resources. We also encourage patrons to develop enthusiastic attitudes toward libraries as cultural centers for reading, art appreciation, and leisure activities.
Hours: Prior to the school day, students may use the library if they have signed passes. Students must sign up by 2 p. m. every Thursday if they wish to stay after school in the library. Monday 7:15 a.m. to 2:54 p.m.Tuesday 7:15 a.m. to 2:54 p.m. Wednesday 7:15 a.m. to 2:54 p.m.Thursday 7:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
